8308 is a Teflon coated Fiberglass conveyor designed for applications requiring maximum air flow. The mesh openings are approximately 1/4" (6.35 mm) square to achieve excellent air movement through the conveyor. It is also well suited for high temperature and tensile strength requirements. Because of these properties, it is perfectly suited for applications in heat tunnels and dryer ovens, particularly under 2540mm (100") in width. The standard joining method is a metal alligator or clipper seam; available with a teflon cover flap. Edges are teflon sealed and then sewn. Maximum width: 2997mm (118"). Picture
US1590 is a Teflon coated Fiberglass conveyor used principally in applications requiring release properties. It is a general purpose belt that is excellent for less demanding applications. This belts seam has been specifically engineered to reduce flex fatigue and is available in either a metal or spiral coil seam. Special edge reinforcements with the same properties as the belt provide a durable, non-fraying edge to facilitate tracking. We recommend this conveyor for relaxed dryers, heat tunnels and dryer ovens. Maximum width available: 3099mm (122"). Picture

DESIGN Spiralflex-79 is a Mono-Filament Polyester conveyor designed for critical lightweight print or fabric processing applications. "Mark-Off" is virtually eliminated while using this belt because of its tremendous release properties and the "endless seam" construction. The conveyor is easily washed and repaired at the user’s plant, if necessary. The spiral weave construction and the higher grade IV Polyester Polymer® provide for excellent dimensional stability and improved wear resistance. An added benefit is the "color seaming" which provides opposing seam loops of contrasting colors to ensure proper loop alignment and machine alignment while running.

DESIGN 8308 is a Teflon Coated Fiberglass conveyor designed for applications requiring maximum air flow. The mesh openings are approximately 1/4" (6.35 mm) square to achieve excellent air movement through the conveyor. It is also well suited for high temperature and tensile strength requirements. Because of these properties, it is perfectly suited for applications in heat tunnels and dryer ovens. Dimensional stability is good and selvedges are reinforced with 0.010" (0.25 mm) Teflon to prevent undue wear.
The seam is available in a Metal Clipper or Alligator splice, Teflon fabric splice, Spiral or Pin seam, or the belt can be made completely endless.

DESIGN T-457 is a resin treated, lightweight, very open fabric designed for conveying goods under high temperature conditions. The one-ply weave fabrication permits maximum possible air permeability and its Nomex® construction provides superior protection against degradation from heat. It is reinforced with fiberglass in the cross machine direction for added dimensional stability, resistance to wrinkling, and excellent guiding characteristics. A specially designed adhesive for edge binding and a high temperature resistant, all synthetic seam afford maximum protection against damage to the accident -prone areas.DESIGN T-457 is the conveyor of choice for running in high temperature environments, or whenever dimensional stability is needed. This conveyor was specifically designed for use on rotary screen print machines and is the conveyor of choice for many original equipment manufacturers. Typical machine brands running the T-457 conveyor are the Austromaquinas, Buser, Ichinose, MBK, Reggiani, Stork, and Zimmer machines.

DESIGN US-1335 is a high temperature (HT) Mono-Filament conveyor used principally in applications requiring excellent release properties. The slightly reduced caliper (.060" vs. .065" on the T457) provides a little higher CFM (1300 versus 1200) which may help to expedite fabric drying.
It incorporates the same specially designed adhesive for edge binding and a high temperature resistant synthetic seam, like the T457, to afford maximum protection against damage to the accident-prone areas. The benefits of this conveyor are twofold: 1) Increased CFM and 2) Excellent release properties allowing for easier cleaning of ink residues from the conveyor.

DESIGN US-2000 incorporates all the advantages of DESIGN US-1590 plus increased dimensional stability as a result of extra fiberglass added in the fill. This conveyor is recommended for applications that require maximum airflow, trackability at high speeds, and dimensional stability. Its longevity is increased, over the Teflon coated fiberglass conveyors, as it also consists of Nomexâ an Aramid fiber with excellent resistance to high heat, chemicals, and abrasion. The belts seam has been specifically engineered to reduce flex fatigue and is available in either a metal or spiral coil seam. Special edge reinforcements with the same properties as the belt provide a durable, non-fraying edge to facilitate tracking.
